The safety and wellbeing of children and vulnerable adults is our top priority, and we take all reasonable and sensible measures to ensure they are kept safe from harm.

Each of our new team members undergoes rigorous checks including;

  • Government photo ID
  • Right to work check
  • References
  • Enhanced DBS (including Childrens’ and Adults Barred Lists)

We operate a Safer Recruitment policy which ensures that all our staff are committed to
safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.

This helps ensure the safety of the children and vulnerable adults in premises where our team of relief caretakers, decorators and general maintenance operatives are operating as well as of our own team who are providing the services.

We encourage all team members to undertake Continuing Professional Development in the form of CPD Approved safeguarding training and Health & Safety at work training. We monitor feedback from every job to ensure total client satisfaction.
